Can I order as a guest?
Yes. You don't need an account. If you create one, you can track your orders and check out faster next time.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter it in the discount box at checkout. Right now, SPOOKY15 takes 15% off our Halloween products. You can use one code per order.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and express wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay where your device supports them. Checkout is secure and handled by Shopify. We never see your full card number.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order to Canada and the USA. See Shipping & Delivery for delivery times.
How do I track my order?
We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also sign in to your account to see your order status.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at kaelbystore@outlook.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update or cancel it.
What if an item is out of stock?
Out-of-stock items can't be ordered. If an item becomes unavailable after you've paid, we'll email you and refund that item in full.
