These terms apply when you visit kaelby.com or buy from KAELBY ("we", "us"), an online store based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and prices

We try to show products, colours and sizes as accurately as possible. Screens differ, so colours may vary slightly. Prices are in Canadian dollars and can change without notice. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.

2. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is accepted when we confirm by email. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment partners. We never see or store your full card details. We may cancel an order that fails a payment or fraud check, or that we can't fulfil, and we'll refund you in full.

3. Discount codes

You can use one discount code per order. Codes apply only to eligible items, can't be exchanged for cash, and may end at any time. Codes can't be applied to orders that have already been placed.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms.

5. Use of the site

Don't misuse the site. That includes trying to break its security, scraping it, or using it for anything unlawful. All content on the site, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to KAELBY or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not responsible for indirect losses or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruptions or severe weather.
